Make one lemming a climber and a floater, when he's on top of the magnet, build (#1). With the same lemming, build towards all the other magnets (#2). Bash through the one that leads to the exit (#3). When he's through, make him a turner (#4). Now free the other lemmings, it's easiest to highlight a lemming and let him bash through the magnet (#5).
