Turn the first lemming into a climber when he's walking left. Let him build over the exit. Turn another lemming into a climber when he's walking right. Let him bash at the place shown in the picture. Let the first lemming mine near the exit. When he stops and walks right, mine again and bash to the right. Make sure he can get underneath the steel. When he walks back, build a stair so all the lemmings can get to the exit. Bash away the wood with the second climber. When he's finished, dig near the entrance.
