Turn the second lemming into a blocker and dig down with the first one. Make sure he digs down at the place shown in the picture. All the other lemmings should fall on the slope. Make the lemming a floater and build at the top of the steel, he floats down and should fall on the metal right of the water. Build to the obstacle and when he walks back, build again. When he walks back again, bash through the obstacle. Now free the blocker, using a miner. Turn the miner into a basher when he's low enough. Let the first lemming mine down the stair at the top of the steel.
