Make the first lemming from the left entrance walking right a blocker on top off the platform. The first lemming from the right entrance walking left will drop the grenades, mark the lemming that picks them up and throw a grenade. Drop down and throw another grenade. If all went well, the exit can now be reached. Release the blocker and to the same things all over again.
