When the first lemming drops in the cargobay, make him a right turner (#1). Near the arrows on the wall, make two lemmings turners to guide the lemmings up the stairs (#2). Now bash through the crates (#3). The lemmings will walk on, turn them to the left and bash again (#4). Use a builder to get to the exit (#5).
