Turn the second lemming into a blocker at the same place as in the picture. The first lemming must climb over the obstacle. Turn it into a builder near the bump. It should bounce back so you can bash through the one-way obstacle. Now build over the gaps towards the exit. When you are over the second gap, blow up the blocker.
