Make the first lemming a blocker and let another lemming jump up towards the trapped lemming. Build towards the trapped lemming and bash him free. Let another lemming jump over the blocker and platform at three times. When you are at the bottom, bash to the right. Now let the lemming walk away the gray part and release the blocker. When all lemmings are in the pit, dig down.
