Make the first lemming walking left a blocker and let one lemming walk all the way to the right, he will pick up some spades and walk back again. Drop the spades in the right pit and walk back again. Let another lemming drop down one level and walk to the left. He will fall down onto desintegrating steps, immediately let him walk to the righ so he can pick up bricks tools. Walk back to the left and jump to the left and drop down to the bottom. Platform over the desintegrating steps. Go back to the lemming that dropped the spades, he picked up a sucker tool. Climb up to the right and go down the pit with the desintegrating steps. Jump three times to the right and pick up the sucker tools. Climb up and make sure the lemming still has a sucker tool. Jump over the pit to the right, the lemming cannot reach the other side and will fall onto the desintegrating step. Immediately jump to the left, again to the right and again to the left. Now drop the sucker tool and pick up the bricks, platform over the desintegratings steps near the exit and walk back. Drop the remaining bricks and walk away the desintegrating steps above the spades. Pick up the spades and jump over the newly created gap. Bash through the obstacle and walk back to pick up the bricks. Walk back and platform over the water, pick up the spades again so he can bash through the wall at the other side off the water. Go to the lemming that's in the bottom left pit. Have it pick up the sucker tool and climb out at the right side. Walk to the right and pick up the spades. Dig down, bash to the right so he can reach the exit, but walk back and dig down diagonally to the left. When he's underneath the firedoors, bash to the left. At the other side of the firedoors, bash up diagonally. Now release the blocker near the entrance and make sure he walks to the right. Mark the lemming in the right pit. He should have picked up spades. Bash to the left and dig down twice. All the lemmings should now be able to reach the exit.
