Turn the first lemming into a floater and a climber. Let the second lemming dig down at the right of the entrance and set the release rate to 99. When the first lemming is near the last hole in the wall, mine down. Now mine down to the left and do the same near the entrance. When there's a gap, build to stop mining.

Turn the second lemming into a blocker and dig down twice with the first one. Bash through the wall on the right. Use one builder to get over the barrel and three builders to build over the water. Bash through the ceiling and dig down when you're over the water. Blow up the blocker when you just started bashing.

Let the first lemming bash through the obstacle, one lemming will turn back (ignore it). Turn the first lemming walking ahead into a miner (the same place as in the picture). Two other lemmings will walk back and die. When you're a floor lower, turn the second lemming into a blocker and build over the bubbles with the first one. Bash underneath the obstacles and blow up the blocker.
DON'T PANIC

Turn the second lemming into a blocker. Build with the first lemming at the place shown in the picture and build up the blue circles. Build over the water and blow up the blocker. Bash through the first obstacle near the exit and when the lemming turns back make it a blocker. Turn two lemmings into a blocker next to the wall and blow them up.
Ice Ice Lemming

Let the first and second lemming build from far right of the platform. Turn the third, fourth, fifth and sixth lemming into a blocker. Bash and build through the icicles next to the second entrance. Build over the first grap and over the second, bash through the obstacle. Build to the exit. Now bash through the icicles next to the first entrance. Build your way up and blow up the last three blockers.
