The first lemming must drop down, block the other lemmings. Stack up with the first lemming using only five bricks. Let him walk left and pick up the spades. When he's near the green wall, dig up and when he's trough, drop the remaining spades and pick up the bricks. Make sure the lemmings walks back again. Pick up the other bricks and walk left again, build up three bricks and jump. Make a platform with the remaining bricks. Pick up the spades and dig down, when you are on the platform with the zappers, drop the remaining spades and pick up the zappers. Continue walking and kill the potato beast. Drop the zappers and pick up the bricks, now jump over the obstacle and platform over the water. Walk back and pick up the zapper so you can kill the other potatoe beast. Walk back to the right, pick up the bricks, jump over the obstacle and build stairs as shown in the picture. Now release the blocker and with the lemming that picked up the spades, dig throught the self-made wall. All the lemmings should reach the exit savely.
