Turn the first lemming into a climber. Turn the second lemming into a blocker at the left of the entrance. The climber must dig down four times, make sure he walks to the left when you dig the last time. Turn the first lemming into a blocker next to the wall and then make him a bomber.
An easier solution sent to me by Ash Thomas on 27 August 2009:
Let the first lemming turn left and turn it into a blocker at the left of the entrance near the water. When the second lemming hits him, make that lemming a bomber and climber. This lemming will blow a hole in the wall just high enough to leave the floor intact.

Let the first lemming build at the place where there is a platform. Now turn a lemming into a climber. Let that lemming dig down, make sure there's still wall left at his right so the lemmings stay trapped. When the digger falls on the ground, make it turn to the right by building into a bump. Now build your way up, make sure he hits his head and walks back. Now dig a hole underneath the first stair you build.

Now let another lemming build up so the other lemmings can get to the exit. Let the second climber stop digging by letting him build.

The second lemming should build up while the third lemming becomes a blocker. Let the second lemming build to the one-way obstacle. Turn the first lemming into a climber and let him build to the obstacle at the right of the exit so he turns to the right. Build to the platform and to the one-way obstacle. Bash through the one-way obstacle and blow up the blocker.
