Let the first lemming dig down when he's on top of the first bump. When he's deep enough, mine down. If done right, one lemming is still walking to the right. Let him build to the first platform, use only one builder. Now build over the next 3 gaps, use 1 builder on each gap. Build to the exit starting at the far right of the platform. When he's done with one stair, wait as long as possible before building again so you can reach the exit.
