Let the first lemming dig down on the left of the one-way obstacle. Bash through the obstacle and let the one lemming that walks over the one-way obstacle build to close the gap that leads to the water. Turn the second lemming that didn't fall down into a climber and a floater. When he drops, let it mine down to the exit.
