First let a lemming climb over the left of the first ramp. Now dig down at the left of the entrance. Dig again and let about 10 lemmings drop down a level. Block the rest. Let the lemming that climbed over the left edge build stairs to the first platform below the exit. Now let another lemming climb over the right of the ramp and turn it into a blocker when it hits the ground. The lemming building the stairs should turn to the right. He will walk back because of the blocker. Turn it into a blocker at the left of the first platform. Now free the 10 lemmings you've saved. Let one build stairs towards the blocker, he should turn right and keep on building to the second platform. Keep repeating this tactic until you can get to the exit, blow up the blocker.
