Turn the second lemming into a blocker and start building far right with the first lemming. Now turn the third lemming into a blocker. Turn the first lemming into a climber and keep on building. Dig down the one-way wall until there's a path for the other lemmings. Blow up the blocker and dig down to get to the exit.
