Let the first lemmings use the plumbers to get to the other side and make it a blocker. Also make the second lemming a blocker. Now let a lemming jump over that blocker so it will pick up the build icon. Build a platform as shown in the picture, jump over the gap since he hasn't go enough bricks. Release the first lemming, make it drop the remaining shimmiers and pick up the dig icon. Free the two trapped lemmings and release the remaining blocker. Make every lemming jump over the gap to reach the exit.
