Let the first lemming walk away the vanishing blocks until he reaches the bottom and can pick up the plunger icon. Make another lemming a blocker so the rest is trapped near the entrance. The first lemming should climb up and pick up the build icons, build as shown in the picture. Make sure the lemming turns back and build towards the entrance. When the lemming turns back again, pick up the dig icon and free the trapped lemming. Now release the blocker.
