Make the second lemming walking right a blocker and let the first one swim. When he's on the other side, walk back and build over the water. Make sure you build up and down to avoid the trap. When the lemmings is done building, go back and walk down. Swim and platform over the water. Free the trapped lemming and release the blocker.
