Stack up with the lemming that picks up the bricks. Stop stacking when he can walk up the floor. Now drop the remaining bricks and shimmy over the pit. Pick up the other bricks and platform over the pit. Now continue the stack you started. The mol will make a corridor. All the lemmings will walk down, mark the one that picks up the dig tool and dig down towards the trapped lemming. Dig down again so all lemmings can get to an exit.
